We treat your children’s privacy with the utmost importance. We will never collect any form of personally-identifying information on your children. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We do not include any third-party apps or trackers inside our apps. We do not include any way of collecting any personally-identifiable data inside our apps.

Collection of Personal Information outside App

If you choose to use our service outside of the app, such as using our website, then we only collect personal information that you have provided us. If you contact us, sign up for a mailing list or interact with us using social media then you are willingly providing us with personal information. This information may include your name, email address, geographic location and any other information that you have given. This information will be treated in strictest confidence and we will store this information securely. We will never sell or solicit your details to any third-party.

When downloading and using apps from the Google Play service, you agree to share your data with Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. Google may pass some information on to us, including your country of residence and when you downloaded the app. We may use this information to improve our applications or services.

In case of an error in the app we may collect data and information (through Google Play Services) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data does not include any personally-identifying information.

Accounts and Membership

You may make a free account on the ABC CHOMP! website. You must be at least 13 years of age to register for a free account on ABC CHOMP!. By creating an account and by agreeing to this agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
